Here at DDA, we stand behind the quality of our sound effects. We take pride in crafting sound effects for sound designers, game developers, filmmakers, and content creators alike. Our Perfect Fit or Swap It Guarantee ensures that if a sound doesn’t fit your needs, we’ll happily swap it for one that does. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we have a No Refund Policy to avoid abuse. Instead, we focus on making sure you find exactly what you’re looking for with a quick and easy swap!
Why we have a no refund policy:
- Instant Delivery of Digital Products: Once sound effects are purchased, they are immediately delivered. They cannot be “returned” or “un-downloaded”, making refunds unfeasible.
- Avoiding Abuse: We want to avoid abuse and protect against unauthorized distribution by ensuring that all customers are treated fairly.
- Industry Standard: Like most other distributors and sellers, we do not allow refunds. Unlike other distributors and sellers, we have a strong guarantee!
Note that in certain cases, we may choose to do a refund but that will be done so solely at our discretion. Please be aware that as soon as you have purchased the content, it cannot be refunded.
